One of Chicagoâs most famous events of the year is the St. Patrickâs Day River Dyeing, which takes place on March 14 at 9 a.m. Watch the Chicago River turn green on Michigan Avenue or on the Columbus Drive Bridge. Afterward, head over to a local pub to grab a drink. With so many things to choose from during the wintertime, the lower temperatures wonât limit you on your trip!
